The weather saga continues, and I wish it wouldn’t . . . .

We had one mostly sunny day Saturday, and then the moon and stars disappeared.  Then the cycle started again.

I am sick to death of this subtropical crap. The local newspaper contained a piece on how rainfall in my immediate region is 6 inches above normal for the summer period to date.

It’s frigging Willy Wonka and the Precipitation Factory here, and I’m about to eat an everlasting psychotic gobstopper.

  1. It’s bright and sunny here in Málaga! 🙂

Sorry, but I’m on my first week-long holiday in more than 25 years and I just have to tell everybody.

    Hope you’re not getting mouldy…

  2. The nice thing about the rain is that it is cooler (although too humid). That makes my short evening walk (like the one I took tonight) a little more pleasant.

I used to farm in the Shenandoah Valley and I remember the drought about eight years ago so I hardly complain when it rains. I’ve seen it too dry before.

  3. Trade you for the recent heat wave we suffered in Seattle.

  4. Been trying to, but it just won’t switch. Shipping charges, I guess . . .
