Has Mr Vick filed a Defence (… err defense)
In Inglaterra, Mr V’s advisers could lodge applications :
1. to strike out the action as vexatious and frivolous and disclosing no cause of action
2. for orders declaring the Claimant a vexatious and frivolous litigant and prohibiting him from lodging further claims without the leave of the Court
Alternatively, in the (ex) Middle Colonies, was last Wednesday dated 1st April
